“Life is how you choose to live”—that sums up my motto. I’m here to share my world, my thoughts, and my journey with you.
If Smaug, the dragon from The Hobbit, were to confront me and ask, “Who are you?” my answer would be:
“Survivor. Lifelong learner. Creator. Teacher. Gardener. Home chef… and so much more.”
So far in this life, I have:
- Marched to the beat of my own drum
- Been blessed with a wonderful husband and family
- Homeschooled my kids all the way through high school
- Successfully re-entered the workforce after a long break
- Fought cancer—and won
