Oh no….not again…groans from my kids usually are reserved for two dishes that I make, upma and idli. However, they love the miniature or button idli. I used to make idli in a rice cooker and later instant pot, but I saw this idli steamer in action at my mom’s home. I purchased the stainless steel kadhai idli steamer and it has been a great gadget for my kitchen. It comes with several attachments for dhokla, idli, mini or button idli, and a veggie steamer.
